PRIVATE HOME STUDIO EXPERIENCE

NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT:

As a sole proprietor, I require all appointments to be secured and confirmed with a $15 non refundable deposit for home studio to be paid via VENMO, please add your appointment date when sending. Do NOT send full prepayment of service! If your deposit is not received within 2 hours of booking an appointment, your reserved time will be cancelled and will be offered to the next available client. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT.
 

NEW CLIENTS:

New clientele MUST fill out the new client consultation form. In order for me to provide you with a safe, knowledgeable and customized service, this information is needed on file, 


DO NOT BE LATE:
When you reserve a time with me please make every attempt to make your appointment. This time is set aside specifically for you. Someone has an appointment scheduled right after yours and it isn't fair for them to be on time and have to wait because you weren't on time. You being late also puts me behind for the remainder of my day. Since I do not schedule breaks between clients, there is no time for me to get caught up. If you are late more than once, you will no longer be allowed to book. If you cannot keep your time, I cannot either.  Please note that if I can manage to squeeze you in, you will be given a lesser service and charged for the service scheduled. 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Any cancellation/reschedule made without a 48hr notice, will be charged 50% of the service price booked before you can book again. Your booking deposit will NOT be credited towards your next service or refunded. I understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment but without a 48hr notice I am unable to offer your slot to another client. My services are exclusive therefore I have others on a waiting list who are eager to have an appointment.

NO SHOWS:

If you "No Show" you will be charged for the service missed before you can book another appointment. "No Show" clients will be banned from booking until full payment is received and all future appointments must be booked online with a new deposit.

DEPOSIT FAQ 

Please note that if online bookings were cancelled, your booking deposit was not received within 2 hours of scheduling or it was due to a scheduling conflict and you will be contacted directly for rescheduling. You must pay your non refundable $15 deposit via venmo to secure your nail appointment. This deposit is deducted from your service total.  Payment at time of appointment is paid by cash or check only.
